Dahomey Peated Grain Whisky

Thanks to its maturation in a cask sourced from the Scottish island of Islay, this whisky has developed a distinctive salty and slightly smoky character. Combined with our ancient grain spirit, it creates a unique balance: the smoky character of the cask intertwined with our fresh, citrusy signature. This gives the whisky a distinct flavor, without the peat dominating.

This whisky is bottled in our iconic 700ml square bottle, non-chill filtered.

Roasted Nuts – Warm, nutty notes reminiscent of

almonds or hazelnuts.

Coffee – a full, dark bitterness with a hint of espresso.

Chili – a light spicy heat that tingles on the tongue.

Citrus – fresh and fruity, with notes of lemon or orange peel.

Grain – soft, malty undertones that give the whisky its base.

Tea – subtle, earthy bitterness reminiscent of black tea.

Tar – a hint of smokiness, typical of Islay influences.

Butter – creamy and full on the palate, with a soft finish.

Earthy – deep, mineral notes that evoke peat and soil.
