DESCRIPTION
Matured in a cask from the Scottish island of Islay, this whisky developed a characteristically briny, lightly smoky profile. Combined with our spirit made from ancient grains, it strikes a remarkable balance: the smokiness of the cask woven together with our fresh, citrusy signature. The result is a whisky with a bold flavour, without the peat taking over.

TASTING NOTES
Roasted Nuts – Warm, nutty notes reminiscent of
almonds or hazelnuts.
Coffee – a full, dark bitterness with a hint of espresso.
Chili – a gentle, spicy warmth that tingles on the tongue.
Citrus – fresh and fruity, with notes of lemon or orange peel.
Grain – soft, malty undertones that give the whisky its base.
Tea – subtle, earthy bitterness reminiscent of black tea.
Tar – a hint of smokiness, typical of Islay influences.
Butter – creamy and full on the palate, with a soft finish.
