ORDERING, PAYMENT AND RETURNS

On this page you will find information about delivery times, shipping costs and our return policy.

ORDERING
When you make a purchase through our webshop, our webshop terms and conditions apply.

PAYMENT

PAYMENT METHODS
You can pay via our webshop with iDeal or credit card. You can also place an order through the contact form and pick it up in our shop. We are open on Saturdays from 12:00 to 17:00 at Kroezekampweg 1A, 7021HL Zelhem.

SHIPPING COSTS
The shipping costs per order vary depending on the weight of the package. You can view your shipping costs on the checkout page.

DELIVERY

DELIVERY TIME
Since we are a small team, it is difficult for us to ship orders daily. That’s why we send all webshop orders every Friday. If you place your order before Thursday 16:00, it will be shipped on Friday. In most cases, you will receive your order on Saturday. You will receive a Track & Trace code from PostNL to follow your order.

AGE VERIFICATION
Please note: due to legal alcohol restrictions, the order will only be handed over to the person who placed the order, after an age verification check. If you are not present at the expected delivery time, you can reschedule via the Track & Trace code. Deliveries that cannot be completed will be returned to us.

RETURN POLICY

RETURN PERIOD
You can return your order within 14 days after receipt. To return your order, send an email to info@distilleerderijdebronckhorst.nl with the following information: your name, order number, order date, and the product you wish to return.

PROCEDURE
The costs of returning are at your own expense. You can return your order to our shop or by shipping it to the following address:

Please include your details (name, order number, order date) with the returned products. This way we know which order the return belongs to and can quickly process your refund.

REFUND
The purchase amount, excluding shipping costs, will be refunded to your account within 14 days (if you paid via iDeal or credit card). If you paid in cash or prefer, the refund can also be given in cash.

CHANGING/CANCELLING EVENT & TASTING BOOKINGS

For participation in certain events and tastings, a (partial) payment may be required. Below are the applicable conditions:

Fully Paid Online Events
For events requiring full prepayment – such as seasonal barbecues, tastings, masterclasses, courses, and similar activities – the following cancellation policy applies:

  • Cancellation is possible up to 3 days before the start of the event, and the full amount will be refunded.

  • For cancellations within 3 days before the event, no refund is possible due to costs already incurred in preparation for the event.

Tastings with a Deposit
For tastings requiring a deposit, the following applies:

  • Cancellation with full refund of the deposit is possible up to 24 hours before the tasting.

  • For cancellations within 24 hours before the tasting, no refund is possible.

In all cases, cancellation must be made via your booking, in writing, by phone, or by email. The time of receipt of the cancellation determines which of the above conditions applies.

We do our best to pack all orders with care and attention. If something has gone wrong or if you have another complaint, you can email info@distilleerderijdebronckhorst.nl.
